THE SEVEN SERIES
OVERVIEW
_The Seven Series is a set of workshops designed to challenge aspiring
dancers in every aspect of dance from physical to artistic. The concept
behind The Series is to create a new generation of workshops, one that
takes training beyond the next level. The Seven Series takes place in a
time span of seven days, consisting of choreographers from seven major
dance teams. Each day, called a “circuit,” consists of three classes
from choreographers of one team out of the seven and exemplifies the
diverse dance styles of that team. Short-term scholarships are awarded
after each Circuit. Dancers who demonstrate the most passion, drive, and
determination are chosen to move on to the next Circuit for free.
